Yes. Delivery is done on the same day as your pickup by default. If you want next day or a future day, select that during the ordering process. We will pick up and deliver on the same day you choose. We do not keep any shipments overnight.

We deliver across the Greater Toronto Area including Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, North York, York, Toronto, East York, Vaughan, Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Newmarket, Scarborough, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. Charges are based on the distance between pickup and delivery, the time window you choose, the vehicle required, and the weight of your shipment.

Yes, we can complete same day out of town deliveries within 500 km or more depending on the pickup and drop off locations. We also offer competitive manual pricing for recurring long distance deliveries. Chat with us.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Visa debit cards. We do not accept cash.

You can cancel your order at no charge before the driver goes on route. If the driver is already close by or has arrived at the pickup location, the charges will be applied.

Yes, your delivery includes basic protection at no extra cost. We take utmost care in handling your shipment. If a package is lost or damaged while in our care, we can reimburse you for up to $200 after reviewing the case.Please note that the maximum coverage is $200. Any amount above this limit will not be eligible. For high value items, we recommend arranging additional insurance through a third party provider.If you need to submit a claim, contact us with your order details and any supporting documents. Each claim is reviewed case by case, and our team will guide you through the process.
