Zulu Courier Inc. ("Zulu," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Zulu Courier website, customer app, driver app, and online ordering portal (the "Platform").

- Pickup and delivery addresses
- Business information for business accounts
Delivery & Order Data
- Pickup and drop-off locations
- Delivery instructions
- Recipient contact details
- Proof of delivery (photo, signature, recipient name, timestamps)
Geolocation Data
Drivers: Real-time GPS and background location data are required for routing, tracking, ETA calculations, assigning orders based on proximity, and ensuring service accuracy while a driver is on an active delivery.
Customers: Location access is required to display your current position on the delivery tracking map. This allows you to see your location in relation to the driver's route.
Driver Information
- Driver profile (name, phone, vehicle type, profile photo)
- Delivery photos and confirmation records
- Earnings information
- Onboarding documents (when required)
Payment Information
Zulu does not store credit card numbers. All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe).
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to operate and improve our services, including:
- Creating and managing your account
- Processing orders and payments
- Assigning orders to drivers
- Providing real-time tracking and delivery updates
- Sending proof of pickup and delivery
- Communicating order information, receipts, and support messages
- Ensuring safety, quality, and reliability of deliveries
- Sending optional marketing emails (only if you subscribe)
Zulu Courier does not use analytics tools that track user behaviour across the Platform.
4. Disclosure of Your Information
Zulu Courier does not sell or rent your personal information. All customer support is managed in-house by Zulu Courier Inc.
Information may only be shared in the following necessary situations:
To Drivers and Customers
- Customer contact details are shared only with the assigned driver to complete a delivery.
- Driver name and vehicle details may be shown to customers for transparency and safety.
Service Providers
We may share limited information with providers that help us operate essential functions like:
- Payment processing
- Email and communication delivery
- Account notifications
These providers only receive the minimum data required to perform their function.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose information to comply with laws, legal requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Zulu, our users, or the public.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. While reasonable measures are taken to secure your data, no system is 100% impenetrable.
Your account security (password protection, device safety) remains your responsibility.

- Account Deletion: You may request deletion anytime; a confirmation email will be sent after completion.
